If you are a new student who enrolled online, you would have created a UniPass password to access myUNSW. This initial UniPass cannot be used to access other UNSW Online Services until you activate your Student Account. Refer to this page if you have forgotten your UniPass.

Once you activate your Student Account you can use your UniPass to access UniMail (UNSW email), Library Services, eLearning/WebCT (web-based teaching), UDUS dial-up and UniWide wireless services.

To activate your Student Account:

1. visit the Agree to the Conditions of Use - ICT Resources page
2. read the Conditions of Use carefully
3. click on the "I understand and accept the conditions" button at the base of the page

You will then be prompted to enter a your UNSW Student ID and UniPass as confirmation (see below).

You only need to activate your account once while a student at UNSW. There is no need to activate it when you re-enrol or change your UniPass.

When you click the "I understand and accept the Conditions" button, you will be prompted for your UNSW Username and Password.

After a few seconds, you should see the following screen, saying "Thank You". Once you see this screen, you have successfully activated your student account.
